Ib Ravn, Ph.D., is Associate Professor in the Program on Organization and Learning at the Department of Education, Aarhus University, Denmark. He does research and consults on the facilitation of knowledge processes at meetings, conferences and in the workplace. He has published numerous scholarly articles (such as “Facilitating Learning at Conferences” in the International Journal of Learning and Change) and four books in Danish on meeting facilitation and, with Steen Elsborg, “Leaning Meetings and Conferences in Practice” (People’s Press, 2007). He headed the early research-and-intervention project “The Learning Meeting” with VisitDenmark in 2003-05.
