MEETING DESIGN

Time to reframe: the new role of F2F meetings (Part 1)
11:30 – 12:15, Sala 1

The world of communication, the social context, the companies’ priorities have changed drastically in the last few years. How should your meetings adapt? It is time for some strategy.

In this session author and Meeting Designer Eric de Groot challenges you to re-discover face-to-face meetings. What are they all about? Communication, building relationships, others? What should they achieve vs other channels (esp. online)?

In line with his new book, he asks: meetings by default, or meetings by design? Get ready for a strategic, engaging, fresh and thought-provoking session.

Time to reframe: the new role of F2F meetings (Part 2, Let’s get rocking!)
15:45 – 16:45, Sala 2

Building on the outcome of the morning session, Eric de Groot will help delegates to dive deep into the true character of meetings, and how they might need to change post-covid. The session concludes with group statements about the current situation of face to face meetings. Is the default good enough or do we need to design a new norm?
