Workshop in partnership with SITE
Effective incentive trips are today about true creativity, storytelling, authenticity and extra-ordinary and innovative experiences. You don’t just organize an incentive trip or a motivational event like you do a conference or meeting. You have to dream it first and then design it. But how?
In this practical session, Hugo Slimbrouck will explain how to put serious creativity, storytelling and new experiences in incentive trips and motivational experiences. Members of SITE and of the audience will also bring their ideas and experiences.
After that, roll up your sleeves! By groups, you will design your own incentive based on a briefing (you can bring you own briefing, if you wish), applying the methods and ideas seen in the presentation. Each group will include one destination, to work with the concrete attributes of a destination.
